(See below for English) Jag visste faktiskt inte att det blev riktig höst i Kalifornien, men träden i min trädgård talar för att jag varit lite okunnig i den frågan. Löven skiftar vackert i alla nyanser av gult, orange och rött och man behöver faktiskt tofflor inomhus och jacka utomhus just nu. Det vackraste i min trädgård just nu är persimonträdet, där löven är precis samma nyans som de mogna frukterna (som oftast kallas för sharonfrukt i Sverige). De smakar typ som en blandning mellan äpple och nektarin och är mitt nya favoritsnack. Tror faktiskt jag ska äta en just nu.
ENGLISH: I actually didn’t know that California got an actual fall, but the trees in my garden tell me that I may have been slightly ignorant there. The leaves shimmer in gorgeous shades of yellow, orange and red, and you actually need to wear slippers indoors and a jacket outdoors right now. The most beautiful thing in my garden right now is the persimmon tree, whose leaves are the exact same shade or orange as the ripe fruit. They taste sort of like a mix of apples and nectarines and are my new favorite snack. Actually, I’m going to eat one right now.
