Green Deluxe
2 nävar ruccola
1 äpple
1/2 banan
2 dl äppeljuice
1 lime
1/2 tsk spirulina
5-6 blad färsk mynta

Chokladpower
1 stor banan (gärna fryst)
1 näve gojibär
2 msk skalade hampafrön
1 näve cashewnötter
1 msk maca
1 msk choklad (raw cacao)
2-4 dadlar
3-4 dl mandelmjölk

Melonkick
1/4 vattenmelon
2 pressade lime
6 blad färks mynta
vatten

1 apple
1/2 banana
3/4-1 cup apple juice
1 lime
1/2 tsp spirulina
5-6 fresh mint leaves

Chokladpower
1 large bananas (preferably frozen)
1 fistful gojiberries
2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
1 fistful cashews
1 tbsp maca
1 tbsp raw cacao
2-4 dates
1-1/2 cup almond milk

Melonkick
1/4 watermelon
juice from 2 limes
6 fresh mint leaves
water
