(See below for English) Fastän jag inte är så mycket för proteinshakes så är de bra att ha till hands dagar som denna, då man kommer hem från att ha varit borta en vecka och inte har något annat vettigt i kylen. Det här hampaproteinet med chokladsmak (som jag fyndade på Nutiva’s rea innan jul) innehåller 11 gram protein per portion och innehåller bara naturliga, ekologiska ingredienser. Man kan blanda med vatten eller nötmjölk, jag gillar att ta hälften vatten och hälften mandelmjölk, och blandar oftast i en ekobanan, kanel, propolis (bra för immunförsvaret), vanilj och maca också. Det smakar som en hälsosam chokladmilkshake. I Sverige vet jag att Reneé Voltaire har bra hampaprotein, nån som vet andra?

This chocolate-flavored hemp protein (that I scored at Nutiva’s sale before the holidays) contains 11 grams of protein per serving and is made using only natural, Organic ingredients. You can blend it with water or nut milk, I like to do half water and half almond milk and often mix in an Organic banana, cinnamon, propolis (good for the immune defense), vanilla and maca too. It tastes like a healthy chocolate milkshake.

Whey protein is the protein contained in whey, the watery portion of milk that separates from the curds when making cheese — so it’s not raw. But, it still may be a good option for some, it’s all individual.
